"Maybe it’s just me, but the site feels outdated"
Maybe it’s just me, but the site looks old-fashioned and a bit cluttered. I found it hard to really enjoy browsing the frames because the overall design feels messy and not very modern.

"Not really worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what ended up being a basic frame. It just feels kind of cheap, and there’s nothing about it that really stands out. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel nicer or look more... I don’t know, just better. i kind of wish I had bought one somewhere else.

"Acrylic is just okay, scratches easily"
The acrylic looks fine at first, but it scratches a lot easier than I expected. It’s not terrible, just kind of disappointing for regular use. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t usually trust that they’ll actually do much besides give a scripted response

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think it should be this hard to get a simple update on an order. I messaged frame-store.com and didn’t hear anything back for days. Tried reaching out again and still didn’t get a proper answer. It was frustrating, especially when I wasn’t asking for much. After this experience, I don’t think I’d use them again...

"Ordering felt harder than it needed to"
I tried ordering a frame the whole checkout process kind of wore me down. The pages were loading slowly, my cart seemed to change on me, and I had to put in the same details more than once. Maybe I clicked something wrong, I’m not totally sure, but it felt way more frustrating than it should have.
By the time I got to the payment screen, I was second-guessing whether the order even went through properly. It just wasn’t a smooth experience for me, and unless I missed something obvious, I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Flimsy frame and poor finish"
I had to keep explaining the same issue, which got frustrating, but the frame just felt cheap from the start. The corners didn’t line up right, and there were little chips in the paint too. For the price, I expected better and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return was more hassle than I expected"
I ordered a frame and it turned up with a small chip on one corner. Not the end of the world, these things happen, but I went to sort the return and had a bit of a “why is this so complicated?” reaction.
The returns page wasn’t very clear, so I ended up emailing them twice before I got a proper answer. They did agree to the return, but I had to pay the postage upfront and then wait around for the refund details, which just made the whole thing feel more awkward than it needed to be.
It did get sorted in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the process wasn’t smooth at all. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

The frame showed up scratched, and it looked like there wasn’t much protection in the box to keep it from getting damaged. Disappointing overall — I wouldn’t feel confident ordering this again.

"Late delivery and not much help from support"
I’ve ordered plenty of things online before, so I get that delays happen sometimes, but this one was frustrating. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, the tracking barely updated, and it ended up arriving way later than expected. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really give me much useful information either. Overall, it was annoying, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date...

"Didn’t fit right at all"
Not saying it’s a scam, but this really didn’t fit the way I expected. The sizing felt off, and the finish was rough in a lot of spots. Overall, just not a great experience.

"Website made ordering way harder than it should’ve been"
I tried ordering a frame, but the website was kind of a headache. The pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t narrow things down in a useful way, and I kept having to go back and pick the same options again. Checkout also felt clunky and a little unclear. Maybe the frames themselves are great, but from how frustrating the site felt, I got the impression the online shopping experience just isn’t much of a priority. I ended up giving up quickly.

"Frame felt cheap and nobody really took ownership"
I ordered a frame from FRAME and was disappointed when it arrived. The material felt really light and flimsy, almost like it could bend if you handled it too much, and the finish had a few rough spots that made it look a bit poorly made up close.

I wasn’t expecting anything luxury, but for the price I thought it would at least feel sturdier. When I tried to raise the issue, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a helpful answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It looks okay from a distance, but overall it just felt cheap and I wouldn’t buy again.

"Measurements were far off"
I was disappointed because the frame didn’t fit at all. The measurements were off by almost half an inch, so it ended up being unusable for what I needed.

It looks good overall, but the joints just aren’t as clean as I was hoping. Not a huge deal, but you can notice it up close.

"Fine in the end, but updates were a hassle"
My order did turn up okay in the end, so that part was fine, but the communication really wasn’t great. I kept having to chase for updates, which got annoying quickly. And then replies would take ages, so I wasn’t sure what was going on half the time. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, definitely frustrating.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered a frame from frame-store.com because the process looked straightforward, and from my past experience with similar sites, I figured it would arrive without much hassle.

What actually stood out the most was the shipping time. It took a lot longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was mostly just waiting and wondering where the order was.
The frame itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the slow delivery took away from the whole experience. If I needed something quickly, I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

Overall, it had some good options, but I found the custom choices a bit limited. I kept noticing little things, like certain colors or add-ons not being available where I expected them, which made the whole process feel slightly more confusing than it needed to be.
